In the spring of 2015, we had the opportunity to work with Regan Tennyson. We were looking for a home for our University of Lethbridge daughter, but the home was being purchased by my brother from Ontario. We live in Calgary. This had the potential to be a complicated situation that would not work out well. Regan made it all go so smoothly! She found us a variety of homes that met our criteria. She visited them first, and crossed some that would not meet our standards off the list. She made herself available on our time schedule as we were coming in from Calgary. After viewing many places on several trips, an offer was made. This became somewhat complicated and could have caused a lot of anxiety. Once the offer was accepted, the closing became another complication as it was pre-planned vacation time for many involved. Regan stayed calm and helpful through the whole process.
